Main process characteristics

The module is designed with a standardized size of 320X160mm, low current, low heat, high contrast and high refresh rate;
The XR soft module series is suitable for cylindrical screens, spiral screens, wave screens, ribbon screens and other artistic shapes, and is suitable for application scenarios such as planning halls, science and technology museums, urban planning halls, art galleries, museums, creative centers, etc.
The box structure adopts high-strength sheet metal sandblasted iron box and unique segmented splicing process, which effectively reduces the screen splicing gap;
The module is installed by strong magnetic adsorption, and the height of the magnet can be adjusted to improve the flatness of the entire screen. The power supply is front-maintained, and special scenes can be installed from the front. Specific tools can be used to meet the requirements of front maintenance.
The PCB board is made of flexible soft board and the bottom shell is made of silicone material, which has good flexibility and eliminates static electricity:
The module is only 8.6mm thick, with an ultra-thin design and takes up little space.
The PCB board uses copper pillar welding and adhesive backing to form a lockable iron base with the bottom shell, making the module more solid and reliable;
The single board is equipped with 18 magnets, each with a magnetic content of 2000 GS, which solves the problems of debonding and warping of ordinary soft modules, effectively improving the flatness and performance of the screen.
